Careline Team Leaders – Chris Skelton, Tom Hesketh and Frankie Crawford
Our team leaders, Chris, Tom and Frankie, are responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the team to ensure that the service is always fully operational and to resolve any problems that arise. They are also the first point of contact for any customer enquiries that the team members are unable to answer.
Customer Service Advisors and Team Leaders are all fully trained on our emergency careline system and have a wealth of knowledge about the type of Telecare equipment available on the market.
Whatever the situation, our Advisors are trained to carry out a thorough assessment which enables them to identify appropriate equipment to meet customer needs and assist independent living. Our products are sourced from the industry's leading manufacturers and suppliers to obtain the maximum benefit for customers. All solutions are tailored to meet individual need and we will not recommend anything that is not essential, or could be provided more simply in another way.
