Six years of success for the Sovereign Careline
On 10 and 11 October Sovereign Careline was externally audited for compliance with the Telecare Services Association (TSA) Code of Practice. I am pleased to confirm that we were successful for the sixth year running in achieving accreditation with Part 1 of the Code covering call handling services.
I am also extremely proud to announce that this year, for the first time, we have also achieved accreditation with Part 2 which covers Telecare equipment installation and customer service.
Of the 300 TSA service provider members, Sovereign is one of only 40 accredited to this additional level of compliance, so it is a real achievement for the team.
