Are you worried about a member of your family?
Sometimes those we love are not always able to look after themselves as well as they used to, due to disability or vulnerability through age and frailty. We know that it is important to maintain familiar surroundings for them, so living at home for as long as possible is a major benefit and one that we can help them with.
Living independently can be achieved, in most cases very simply, through the installation of a small unit connected via the telephone system to our Careline service. The person using the equipment has a small trigger device that can be worn around the neck, on a belt or on the wrist and this is used to call for assistance should it be required. When the alarm is triggered the call gets sent through to our operators’ computer screen where they can immediately view full details of the customer who is calling. Every call is voice recorded for training and monitoring of quality standards.
You can rest assured that when an alarm is triggered we will get the right help immediately, either from the emergency services or by calling a relative, friend or neighbour who has been nominated as an emergency key holder. We also work in partnership with other local agencies providing emergency visiting services for a small call out fee. Please contact us if this is of interest to you.
